VY Revving Up Arm

Titans' QB Vince Young is going to be going downfield more in 2008. This is the byproduct of what he wants and how new OC Mike Heimerdinger plans to use Vince. The Titans were one of the most boring teams to watch last year despite making the playoffs, and hopefully with a more balanced offensive attack, that will change this season.
